The nation’s favourite genealogy TV show is returning to our screens this month, with the nine episodes of series 20 of Who Do You Think You Are? due to be broadcast weekly from 1 June (note that the expected dates given below can be subject to change, but all episodes will become available on BBC iPlayer in due course).

As always, the celebrity family history show will explore a wide variety of stories, and this time promises everything from clog-wearing rope dancers and Scottish royalty to murder trials and tragic accidents. As well as a variety of locations across the UK and Ireland, the journeys the show’s researchers take the participants on will visit Canada, Australia, Jamaica and the Netherlands.
