Log in to your account with theGenealogist, click on ‘Account’ in the top right hand corner, then choose ‘My Account’ from the drop down menu. Select ‘My Subscriptions’ from the menu on the left hand side to find details about your subscription:

• Subscription - describes the level of your subscription and the billing cycle.
• Status - confirms if your subscription is Active, Suspended or Expired.
• Start date - displays the day that your subscription became effective.
• Renewal Date - displays the day your subscription will next renew.
• Renewal reminder - tick this box to enable renewal reminders to receive an email a month before your subscription renews.
• Expiry date - displays the expiry date of your subscription.
