Links to TheGenealogist must use either the approved wording or graphics as provided on the "Banners" page. Other wording or graphics could cause immediate termination or suspension of your affiliate account. We may also take court action for 'passing off' and for infringing our registered trade mark.
Affiliates are not allowed to Direct Link from Paid Search (e.g. Google Adwords).
The affiliate agreement with any user may be suspended or terminated at any time with or without cause.
These terms and conditions can be changed with 7 days notice.
