1. TreeView allows you to manage your family tree online, including the facility to import and export your family details. You may only use TreeView if you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. You may only use the information and services provided by the site within the terms stated here which may be amended from time to time without notice.
3. The use of the information and services is restricted to family research for your own personal use.
4. You may not resell the information or services from this site to others.
5. We may suspend access to the site temporarily or permanently if you breach these conditions.
6. Genealogy Supplies (Jersey) Limited provides all content and services in this site "as is" and without any warranty of any kind.
7. Genealogy Supplies (Jersey) cannot be held accountable for any losses incurred from information entered on this site not being available for any reason, for any period of time.
8. The information, products, and services included on this web site may be subject to withdrawal without warning.
9. All data held on TreeView is subject to our Data Privacy Policy.
10. Any information or images stored on the system should be inoffensive and decent.

We always recommend having a backup of your data on your own PC, which can be done by exporting a GEDCOM file from the site, however, this GEDCOM file will not contain information that the file format does not handle well; such as images. Data Privacy Policy

Our policy is to keep the data of living people inaccessible to other users. Please note that we require users to have legitimate dates for birth and death for this feature to work.
All data in Tree View is currently kept on an invite only basis. This allows others to find matches in your tree and request access which you can accept or ignore. You can also choose to make your tree public allowing access to all, or you can set your tree to be private, so that no one can match names in your tree.
We will never knowingly pass on any information you enter into TreeView to a third party company without your prior consent and knowledge.
